In honor of my all time favorite website (yea, but how about of all time?!) and just to say 'yea dude, I told you they were really good, but yea it's cool if you hop on the bandwagon, too,' I thought I'd drop a little knowledge about the Arcade Fire.
-Their song, "Wake Up," was the featured song in the previews for Where the Wild Things Are (this is not to be confused with the group, EGMT who sings the theme song to Where the Wild Things Grow).
-They won the 2011 Grammy for Album of the Year and also performed 2 songs at the awards show.
-I watched highlights of one of their shows on Palladia the other day in my living room.
That's all I got. Ironic, huh?
All I really wanted to do was point out hipsters, give a shoutout to my favorite blog (http://www.latfh.com/), mention the Grammys, and give you some insight as to what I do in my living room (and make a joke in parenthesis that ABSOLUTELY NO ONE will understand, yet I find halarious).
